Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location across India.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time, NU Story may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.

Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track the status of your delivery.

Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. NU Story will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, our team may contact customers to confirm the order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.
